The book has been finished, already for two months. It's in production now. But the quote is nice ;-) BTW, don't tell anybody, but here is the tentative cover... ;-)

His unreserved honesty, and the struggle against an apparently meaningless life... His life embodies the human drama; it's the human condition compressed in one personality...

The hike from Sils to the Fedoz Valley and back via Isola was almost certainly one Nietzsche did many times; and he would have liked to have the entire valley for himself, just as we did today. By the way, there is something about pyramid-like rocks and boulders on this trip...

One of Nietzsche's favorite hikes was the high trail from Sils-Maria to Val Fex. I am, once again, following on his footsteps, trying to get a taste of his inner life...

Here is the place in the Chastè island (it's more of a peninsula) of lake Sils where Nietzsche dreamed of building his little "dog house," a place of his own. Having walked around the island today, I can understand why he chose this place. The house, alas, would never be built.

On the footsteps of Nietzsche in Sils Maria, Engadin. All the way down this valley is the Maloja Pass. If you've watched 'The Clouds of Sils Maria,' this is where one can see 'the snake' meandering its way from the Maloja Pass up the valley. No such luck today though.

"The screen of perception is much more akin to a dashboard than a window into the environment. It conveys information in an indirect, encoded manner that helps us survive. The forms and colors we see are like dials about mental states out there."

A nicely done, brief documentary about the most reliable, and most interesting, UFO case in recent history. If you've read 'Meaning in Absurdity,' this story will have many more compelling layers for you than for others.
