The emergency isn’t great enough for powerships so government has to wait until the time to rescue SA’s electricity supply is so short only powerships can (without EIA’s) comply...

is this report factual? We are required to do stage 2 amendments for adding battery storage to an existing PV EA but a 500MW powership doesn’t even need an EIA??
