Anyway it’s a big fucking mystery why Adam Schiff supports war with Iran (Yes this is real)

Right-wing Brits seem really thrilled to see Hong Kong protesters wave the flag of their former colonial overlord

Well considering the Atlantic Council is funded primarily by the US, UK, and UAE (and previously Saudi Arabia), along with NATO, fossil fuel corporations, and arms manufacturers, it's not surprising its warmongering Iran "experts" are fake (like its Syria regime-change "experts)

Friendly reminder that the Atlantic Council--in lieu of serious political and historical analysis of Iran and the disapora--has a white person with no serious academic qualifications (not even basic language skills) as the head of "future of Iran" project

By this logic, the US would also owe trillions of dollars to countries that helped take in refugees from Yemen, Palestine, Syria, Libya, Afghanistan, Iraq, Iran, Vietnam, Korea, and the many other countries the US has waged war on and terrorized. Can they seize US state assets?

The "independent" corporate media in the US is just state media. This is war propaganda There is no evidence Iran attacked the tankers. Even Japan called into question this allegation But this article does not have a shred of skepticism. It 100% echoes the Trump regime

You can't make this up: The Israeli apartheid regime just inaugurated a new settlement in the illegally occupied Golan Heights (Syrian sovereign territory under international law) and Netanyahu named it after Donald Trump Far-right racists love each other

Adam Schiff says there is "no question" Iran did it. But Japan certainly has questions: A source close to Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said, "These are not definite proof that it's Iran."

The US: Russia is attacking our power grid, maybe! The US: You’re a conspiracy theorist if you think we have the ability to initiate a blackout in Venezuela! Also the US:

NYT’s cited Syrian Network for Human Rights as an “independent monitoring group.” WaPo’s also relied on it as an authority. Turns out SNHR is a front for the Syrian opposition that lobbies for US intervention & pushes bunk data:

I have a better solution: How about the US lift its illegal sanctions on Venezuela, which have bled the country of $38 billion and made it almost impossible to export oil? How about the US stop creating refugees by waging relentless war on Venezuela?

The official magazine of imperialist old boys' club the Council on Foreign Relations is proposing stealing Venezuelan state assets that were frozen because of an illegal US economic blockade, and giving that Venezuelan money to "countries such as Colombia"

Great Podcast from on VICE and how it has become an arm of US State Propaganda and how it pushes regime change through trendy esthetics.

27 million Soviets died in World War II—that's the equivalent of the 9/11 attacks repeating every single day for 24 years. One 9/11 per day for 24 years. What the Soviets suffered to defeat Nazism was the equivalent of the entire US east of Chicago being wiped out and destroyed

"The reality was the success at Normandy is largely due to the fact that the Germans were already weakened badly by that point, because they had been taking a pummeling, and were in retreat across Europe ahead of the vast Red Army, which was then liberating concentration camps"

Even the role of the US at D-Day has been exaggerated. Historian Peter Kuznick notes, "The reality is that this was very much a joint operation; that the British and the Canadians in some ways played a greater role at Normandy than the Americans did."
