BARTON SPRINGS POOL CLOSING FOR ANNUAL MAINTENANCE Barton Springs Pool will be closed from Saturday, February 29 – March 13, 2020 for its annual spring cleaning.  It is expected to reopen on March 14.

BARTON SPRINGS POOL CLOSING FOR ANNUAL SPRING CLEANING Barton Springs Pool will be closed from Monday, March 4 – Friday, March 15, 2019 for its annual spring cleaning.  It is expected to reopen on Saturday, March 16th.

Due to the overnight rains & high winds, Barton Creek Greenbelt, Barton Creek and Barton Springs Pool are currently closed (12/27). We will update the public on any changes as soon as conditions improve.

Barton Springs Pool will reopen tomorrow morning at 5:00 AM. An investigation w/ revealed that recent pool cloudiness was caused by a well being drilled. The sediment doesn't pose a risk to swimmers.

NOTICE: Due to the closure of Barton Springs Pool because of flooding, Deep Eddy Pool will open at 6am Wed. 10/17 for early morning swimmers.

Barton Springs Pool is closed until further notice due to flooding from the recent heavy rains (10/16). Parks and Recreation Department staff will assess the pool condition as flood waters recede and will provide updates as needed.
