Just finished 's Dignity. I've spent the last 4 years in a job that requires daily immersion in the 'back row,' but this book opened my eyes and changed my thinking in a way the daily grind had not. Highly recommend!

We had a drop for those in care following our implementation. Compass Health was a part of this as well & has newer data that is looking at. These rates could come up again but observing a post implementation decrease as state rate went up was promising

Great question is from Henry Ford Health systems and from - would you both be willing to share your post implementation results with Dr. Black? And if you have info to add.

I'm not sure it was always respectful (it got a little mocky and namecally) but disagreement is at the heart of science, and ultimately, we both very much want suicide to be prevented.

Have you heard of pod living? You sleep in a small space usually in a communal environment. In LA, it started out mostly for tourists & newbies staying briefly. Now it's long-term housing for some. I write about it in today's column. (Watch this thread.)

This is how Twitter should work. After a heated discussion, and end by agreeing to keep an open mind, learn from each other and respectfully disagree where views differ. Thank you for showing the way with your examples!

Nothing more intellectually stimulating than listening to a discussion on the state of evidence among 2 experts who can respectfully disagree! Thanks to & for this youth discussion. It certainly made me reflect!

Thanks for this and as you point out, this isn’t just a St. Louis story. Our stats look high because of the city/county separation and we also fail to talk about role of firearms in IPV which is not an urban core problem, it’s an everywhere problem.

I fully endorse this. I believe we can respectfully disagree and learn from each other. In fact, your take and shared research on SSRIs helped me alter my view on this. Enjoy your contributions and our discussions. Hope you enjoy the rest of your day.
