Colleagues,I have written a personal note to the CEO of Sainsbury’s expressing my growing unease at what I see as poor treatment of their female staff;exacerbated in my opinion by their removal of ladies lavatories,which obviously limits female and male staff’s personal privacy.

And let's not forget that this clearly breaches the HSE 's statutory guidance, which states that employers must provide separate male and female toilets "where possible" (not if they feel like it).
