Apologies for those Russell, if you go to and scroll to the bottom of the page and click on 'stop processing your data' under the heading 'you're in control' you can stop all marketing from Barclays and Barclaycard. -Jay

Hi Charlotte, this doesn’t sound good. If the transaction is showing on your bank account then it must’ve gone through but it can take up to 48 hours to reflect on the credit card balance. What error code do you receive when you try to log in? Anth
