Which fee should I use? The fastest and cheapest transaction fee is currently 114 satoshis/byte, shown in green at the top. For the median transaction size of 225 bytes, this results in a fee of 25,650 satoshis. $1.74 per standard TX increasing fast.

Seems users are receiving emails again, but might be delayed for a few minutes. I hope all will be back to normal over the next couple of hours.

In the future we'll use separated IP's for newsletters, so other mails wont be affected by such thing.

Users can chose priority their self for withdrawals, the estimated fees comes from bitcoind and from Usual it's pretty accurate. Armory just suggested me 100+s/b with currently decreasing mempool. With those fees bitcoin can't work in the long.

Still not knowing how Bitcoin works? Fee is per byte, we get lot smaller inputs and bigger outputs. Low Priority tx: $19 in fees. If you do a 1 input 2 output tx then $1 isn't even true:

You're not even reading what I reply to you, you registered in October 2016, that's not 4y ago, if you would read your case would be solved already... Can't help someone that doesn't want help. And again: Stop spamming our twitter or I'll block you.

You still locked your account your self, no one of us did that. And now stop spamming our twitter, it won't speed anything up, the offered help by me is ignored by you so I'm not really interested anymore to waste more time with you. Do what support told you 10d ago already...

If you lose access to your DEX then nothing can be done to regain access... I didn't read all of the support from you but the IP confirmation is only sent when your IP changed, so no your IP is not the same as it was always.

KYC/AML is not required for trading, it's required only if you lose access to your account and can't prove it's your account, and then its not for AML at all, just to regain access to your account.

You signed up October 2016 and Security Phrase was set, I just checked it. So did you deposit from wallets you control the keys for? And if yes, are you able to sign a message? I'm just trying to speed this whole thing up now for you...

Letters are done to avoid lot of fake requests, before address+ we got a rejection rate of over 90% of scammers trying to verify with all kind of fake documents, if you had request the letter you would've received it already...
