We believe the real solution lies in an overhaul of damaging tax legislation - including the annual allowance and tapered annual allowance - to prevent significant and unexpected tax bills for senior doctors and tackle the workforce issues that we are seeing play out as a result

We have led the campaign to remove the disincentives for doctors taking on extra work that current pension taxation brings so it is positive that this is being acknowledged by Government, however...
