The area is currently barricaded to prevent injury to the public from that potential hazard. We are hopeful there will be new ownership at the building to resolve these violations. Unfortunately, this means the sidewalk will be closed for an extended period.

Hello! We cited this property for dangerous building concerns on 5/24/2018. The issue is that the front façade is bowing outwards with some cracking in the masonry joints indicating a possible hazard of the masonry wall collapsing onto the sidewalk and bus stop.

🆕 Simple Bathroom Permits 🆕 Beginning April 1, 2019, BDS will launch a new program to simplify bathroom permits for small projects. This will allow an applicant to submit a standard building permit application through email. (No drawings required)
