If you have a ‘challenge’ task or an ‘extension’ activity, consider making it the focus of the lesson / task. If your teacher believes you can do it you’re more likely to try. If your teacher praises the effort and the attempt you will keep trying and believe in your ability more

What a fantastic couple of hours we had this morning. Our Y10 historians were an absolute credit to and they showed fantastic maturity when preparing for and watching in the Live Survivor Webcast. It was a privilege to be involved!

I have collated ALL the AQA GCSE Literature past exam questions. In the run up to exams and/or curriculum design/assessment creations I hope these help. I like to teach questions that have not been asked instead of going over 'old ground'

• Read everyday. • Spend time with nature. • Ask questions. • Never stop learning. • Don't pay attention to what others think of you. • Do what interests you the most. • Study hard. • Teach others what you know. • Make mistakes and learn. • It's Okay to not know things!

So grateful to Dr Alison Morgan - a good friend to - for, yet again, investing her time into presenting three lectures to our students. Outreach work really helps with aspiration, especially in small market towns.
