195-200. You want the meat barely clinging to the blade bone, and all the edge fat to be soft.

It's only BS if nobody buys it at that price.

I’m gonna keep a few of these around for people that complain that our smoked sausage is too spicy.

If you've eaten one of these BBQ Week specials, or if you're a pitmaster making one of these special dishes, post a pic in the replies. Make me jealous.

“Ballot language should be neutral and unquestionably accurate. The state Legislature made sure that didn’t happen here.” 👏🏽👏🏽Despite the property tax increase language, if you vote for or against Propositions A-E, on Nov. 4, your taxes remain the same.

Nothing but praise for this light lunch at in Grand Prairie. You know the brisket is good, but also perfect pork ribs, poppers, and jalapeño cheese sausage. Hard to take a bite of any of it w/o some of that green sauce.

Cut off the meat and make rib jam with it, or use the meat in a pot of beans. Boil the beans in a stock made from the rib bones.

Hypothetically, what comment would you have about Westley’s eagerness to overcome the effects of The Machine to vote for Prince Humperdinck? In this hypothetical, Westley is an old man from Florida who has a history of exploiting unpaid labor.

But what if I crumbled them into the hot sauce, mixed it together, and ate it all with a spoon?

A little snack before dinner. Fritos dipped in some delicious hot sauce from . The green and red are great, but this new one - the Select - is made with jalapeños and aged for several months before bottling. My whole head is sweating.

I don’t want to be the bearer of bad news, but in case you haven’t heard we’re in the middle of a pandemic. There is no line at Franklin. It’s to-go only, and like so many other restaurants, business is way down. Sorry if this is the first you’ve heard of the pandemic.
