Hey Niamh, most of our programming is available for thirty days after being broadcast. We're afraid to say that The Missing has now expired from iPlayer. However, should we plan to air it again we'll update this page: Thank you for getting in touch.

Audio Described and Signed Version of Peter Rabbit are made available after the standard versions. The episodes you have mentioned have had their standard versions expire, but the AD and signed versions are still within their period of availability. (2/3)

Hey Nikki and Pete, thank you for getting back to us. We're sorry for any confusion, but we think we have figured this out. When a programme is first made available on iPlayer it's usually available for thirty days before expiring. (1/3)

Hello Karen, thank you for bringing this to our attention. May we ask your TV's brand, model number and firmware version? What part of the app doesn't seem to load? (The initial launch screen, or programmes?) Do you get any particular error messages? Thank you.

Hey Nikki, we'd like to investigate this for you. May we ask what device you use iPlayer with? Can you give us a few examples of the episodes you've tried? Also, after skipping through an episode to the very end, can you try selecting it again from Channels/Categories? Thank you.

If you are being incorrectly identified as being outside of the UK it may be a result of using a VPN, or an error with the IP Address. We'd recommend checking out the following FAQ: We hope this helps.

Hey there, may we ask you a few questions that would help with our investigation? We'd like to know your Xbox One model (original/S/X). Do you use a sound bar/surround sound system? If so how is it connected to the TV/device? Your TV brand, model and firmware version? Thank you.
