Now go back and watch that shitty Mark Richardson interview knowing it's with a woman who had been told she couldn't have children. The composure is astounding.

Jacinda had an hour to decide to be leader. 54 days to campaign. Her Grandma died 3 days b4 the election. Found out she was pregnant during coalition discussions. Her cat got run over on her first day of parliament. She kept calm and carried on. Owning her role. She’ll be sweet.

True, perhaps I was thinking of the perspective of someone freshly experiencing the trauma but I see looking from a more philosophical perspective it can be seen as one of the stitches in a seam of events

Very good question - I wish I had the answers. I think trauma creates that zig zag divide of "us v them" and often hard to ever come back from that. Like once the pain is done it is done.

Great questions to be asking! My flattie and I have been talking heaps lately along these lines and we reckon the fear stuff comes back to power and control. Those exercising it and those unwilling to give it up.

Ahh that is great news - both about saving the plant and its properties! Keep me posted on how you go? My Accupuncturist said boiling it up in a tea is really good 💚

Dr. King was 26 when the Montgomery bus boycott began. He started small, rallying others who believed their efforts mattered, pressing on through challenges and doubts to change our world for the better. A permanent inspiration for the rest of us to keep pushing towards justice.
