It looks gorgeous. I always appreciate the effort and thought that goes into handmade things. I'm sure they'll love it.

New Blog Post - Our dietitian Lucy tells us about living with coeliac disease (positives and niggles!) and has given us her tips about eating gluten free foods on a budget.

I haven't tweeting a daily food log in the latter half of this week as my meals haven't been regular. It's the last day tomorrow of my 7 day GF stint. I've actually enjoyed thinking and planning food, but it's been a pain when I've needed things for convenience.

We thoroughly won over the volunteers today with the spread. Even had the comment that they wouldn't have known it was GF unless we said. It just goes to show how little substitutions can make a difference - we fed around 20 people today.

No worries. It's a cause close to my heart. It needs promoting, there's a lot of people who just don't know about it or even what contains gluten.

THERE'S AUBERGINE HIDDEN AMONGST THIS CHOCOLATE HEAVEN. I think I've convinced some of my team GF has tasty cakes. Tomorrow and I will convince the volunteers with a buffet at Rosewood.

A spot of baking for the team meeting tomorrow. Hoping it tastes as good as it smells. Thanks to for the recipe in her Red Velvet Chocolate Heartache book.

Small but perfectly formed and tasty! Sticky dough, but so much better than the shop bought ones. Thanks for the recommendation - I'll be passing it onto my sister too.

PLEASE! 🤞 Warburtons look good, but just break as soon as you fold them.
