The gender pay gap is real. We are taking steps to reduce it in our own company and campaigning for change. There is a linked, but distinct savings gap. We hope this to raise awareness about this and help women tackle it in their personal life ~ Yannis

There seems to be some miscommunication here. Sorry about that. As it stands you may not need a green card. If your trip is 15 days or more, & you feel you want one we'll issue it, but you cannot request that until 4 weeks before your trip. Does that help? ~ Katie
