The solution is to create a citizen-led traffic & safety committee that can address these requests by having citizens set priorities for citizens. A committee to prioritize and budget and deliver improvements that citizens are requesting.

I can only address complaints with council support. The outgoing council had little to no interest in dealing with personnel issues like this. By setting a proper staff code of conduct in conjunction with a “taxpayer’s bill of rights”, I will be able address these issues.

The mayor and council should set the culture which should be “How to get to Yes” when working with residents and businesses. If is elected, we will reset the tone and work with residents to give them the solutions they need.
