(3/3) The longer you stay on the program, the more efficient the body becomes at using ketones as well. That's why some people find the bad breath that occurs from discharging ketones goes away after the first few weeks. Hope that helps!

(1/3) It is possible that weekly refeeds may be throwing you out of ketosis. It takes 4 days to get adapted to fat burning again. It is also normal for ketones to fluctuate. There are many things that effect ketone urine readings.
