Incorporating vision work into our band work. We stress focusing on the task at hand, rather than thinking about the movement you’re making.

Brett started with us in the off-season last year and gained 7 MPH. He had a great season and is now putting in post season recovery work before he goes off to Cowley County in a couple of months. He will likely be a guy here very shortly, which is hard work.

Every once in a while I will get a guy who decides that he wants to put in more effort to be the best version of himself and the best baseball player he can be. He’s ready to put as much attention on the mental and the emotional side of development, as he does to the physical.
