The best thing to do if you have theories is to enroll in an undergraduate course in physics and then start on an advanced degree and work with your PhD advisor to publish original research papers. (Your theories may look different at the completion of this process.)

I miss the old days, when crackpot theories were crossposted to multiple newsgroups in the sci.* and alt.* hierarchies. Alexander Abian, Ludwig Plutonium, "Time is Mass", "VENUS MUST BE REORBITED", etc.
Good times.

Then again, Abian was a PhD mathematician on the Iowa State faculty. But he did propose blowing up the Moon.

You might even find that your "theories" were actually hypotheses.

Those with theories should eventually compares predictions with experimental data.
I hear that process does wonders for theories. 😉

I'd also add that what they have is an hypothesis. A theory is a hypothesis all grown up with a large family that loves and supports it.

Alternately: put them in the proper section of the arXiv and see if anyone notices.
