Asphalte
ranks worst amongst automakers in 2019 Norway Customer Satisfaction Barometer. Tesla fell from #4 in 2018 to #51 in 2019. Yet, loyalty rate is still high. Go figure, though Toyota is highest.

What I find hilarious is absolute worst 75.5 satisfaction with second best 81.1 loyalty... some of them are so whipped they're unsatisfied with the vehicle but still loyal, because they hate themselves

Thr flaw with your logic is that Tesla has , statistically, more issues than other manufacturers. Their normal curve is shifted towards more flaws. Where are statistics? We’re not Tesla, but I think the sheer number of issues are telling. Plus, severity is significant

19K more Tesla were added to the roads of Norway in 2019. 15.5K of them Model 3s. I cannot imagine satisfaction will be going up anytime soon.
