In my lifetime has so far been the best Secretary General the has had and was the most notable symbol of the United Nations as I grew up as a child. Genuinely very sad to hear he has died and pay tribute to his many achievements. RIP Kofi 🕊

Well, that’s one way of describing a boom in the local economy. In other news, cinemas showing blockbuster movies are “hit by overbooking” and this year’s fantastic World Cup was “hit by over-watching”

I hope Anna Soubry is not deselected, I hope Kate Hoey is not deselected. I’d regret hugely if the outcome of Brexit is the death of dissent within parties. The two party system only works so long as it is two broad churches. If it can’t be, give us proportional representation.

The White House spells “The United States” wrong - a bit like when they called it “Air Force Once” - only this time in bold and capital letters! 😆

Pretty historic: Three competing Jewish newspapers join together tomorrow with the headline ‘United We Stand’ on all three, describing the existential threat to Jewish life in Britain if Corbyn gets in power.

So there’s no time to deal with anti Semites in the party, but plenty of time to investigate those who call it out? I’m ashamed of my party for this.

Regardless of which side of the Brexit argument you stand on, abuse of this nature is pathetic and detracts from any rational argument you may have had.

Youve utterly missed the point of diverse talent/opinion Tony. I dont need to agree with their individual views and several of their views I definitely dont agree with.

Absolutely disgusted from what I saw of our parliamentarians yesterday. If thats the best that we’ve got (its not), we don’t deserve that bright future most of us are talking about. MPs desperately need to step their game up or get out. Terrible behaviour - what a disgrace.
