Really enjoyed watching tonight - I thought the showcasing of many different ag producers was interesting but the key takeaway for me was to be open to asking more questions on where food comes from. Thanks for hosting a wonderful evening!

The other chilis offered were 's beef + pork chili con carne and 's house smoked bacon + beef chili with maple. Great flavours all around... But ngl my favorite thing was the bowl of chicharrons we begged from Chef Lino . 😅

Day 2 started w/ a chili smackdown... So many interesting takes that it was hard to declare a fave. Choices included: bison chili (from JPL), 's feijoada style chili + Chef Michael Howell's (from Devour) chicken & cannellini bean chili.

Thanks for your post on last year's ! 🤗 Beyond being helpful to me, some of our cabin crawl mates said it helped convince them to come this year (event has grown from 80 to 220 participants!).

Cabins 3+4 were a winter BBQ with and an East Coast seafood party (yes to all the oysters + lobster rolls please!). Good thing our cabin was nearby and we could easily roll ourselves back. 😅
