Hi! Before you commit to a full bottle, try a few different drams if you can. You can't really go wrong with any of the core range, but they're quite different from each other - Uigeadail is the sweetest though, and the Committee favourite!

When you order the scallops at the Old Kiln Café, there’s a good chance they’ll still be at the bottom of the Atlantic! Fresh is definitely best here at , with local fishermen delivering seafood right to the Distillery’s shoreline.
