Smollett is likely to appear for a bond hearing Thursday afternoon at the Leighton Criminal Court building, per a state’s atty spox. A felony disorderly conduct charge is a Class 4 felony, which means Smollett can face a penalty ranging from probation to 4 years in state prison.
