Your probably doing this and are way more experienced than me. However looking from my lens: Close contact with employers large and small. Deal with the bottlenecks. HR replying to CVs job offers being withdrawn etc Flexible working Get creative

Amen. Slave wage level jobs in a warehouse where you are to scared with overseers looking for any mistake so they can sack you is not the way forward.
