Schools simply couldn’t run without support staff who work tirelessly for pupils’ learning and wellbeing. And never has that been clearer than this year when they've done so in such difficult circumstances. I’m proud to support ’s celebration.

We thank for meeting with us today to follow up on their report into Islamophobia within our party. We are committed to taking swift and appropriate action to address the scourge of Islamophobia and to ensure that it has no place in our party and society.

The government is taking the public for fools. Ministers needs to stop putting the profits of their mates ahead of the lives and livelihoods of the British people.

This is a disgrace. Friends of cabinet ministers with no experience or expertise are lining their pockets during this crisis whilst our key workers are having their pay frozen and our care workers are not even being paid a living wage.

'Your Tier is not your destiny'. I really wish would just stop it with this patronising guff. My constituents have been in local lockdown since July and you still haven't explained to them the actual criteria for going into Tier 3 and how we can leave Tier 3.

Test and Trace budget is now Β£22bn - more than the police and fire service combined. The govnt is throwing good money after bad. To get out of Tier 3 lockdowns we need local councils running test and trace, not Serco. They reach 97% of contacts compared to 60% for call centres.

Some very simple questions that my constituents, who have been in local lockdown since July, and people across GM & Tier 3 areas need the answers to now: 1. Why is no support being provided to people and businesses? 2. How are they supposed to survive? 3. How do we exit Tier 3?

Postcode checker crashes as the government announces which areas are in which Tiers. Sums up the whole shambolic handling of the Tiers system right from the start.

Important to remember today in the Tier announcements that there will be no negotiation with local areas about support for people and businesses, it will just be imposed. And what is being imposed in Tier 3 areas is Β£1 a week. When areas have been in local lockdown in July.

Yet again, the Tories are selling the North out. We have been in local lockdown since summer and the Tories are still making our people pay the price for their mistakes.

The Chancellor clapped for key workers – but now he's freezing their pay, hitting people’s pockets and choking off the recovery.

β€œEarlier this year the Chancellor stood on his doorstep and clapped for key workers. Today, his government institutes a pay freeze for many of them." Fantastic response from . She’s absolutely right to call out Rishi Sunak's rank hypocrisy.
