Thanks Katherine. Scaling up will always compromise as a best practice approach is taken. It's also easier to sell something which does 'everything' rather than a 'thing'. Glad you like the daily posts - they're very freeing for me.

Andrew. There is a reflection here on the emperor's new clothes syndrome and that genuine innovation can quickly be diluted by populist application. It's very easy to feel on the edge of something peering in. (BTW enjoying your daily thought judges.)

I absolutely understand the need for creativity as an activity in itself. If I'm responsible for business outputs (as well as outcomes) I need to be able to demonstrate how creativity 'helps'.
