DOJ is taking the position that the gov’t has been harmed by a breach of an NDA entered into between two private citizens?! Gov’t isn't a party to the agreement in any way whatsoever. An absurd, hyper politicized lawsuit on its face. Barr is Roy Cohn on steroids, pun intended.
