I sift, I sift. But only for baked goods like cakes! Then it’s worth the work. 😉

That’s what I always use to sift and I bake a ton! It’s faster and works way better than one of the sifters with a handle you have to pump/squeeze repeatedly.

Do you ever get to that point in a move where you’re like, “Perfect! Everything will *JUST* fit!” And then you realize only a third of the truck is unloaded? 😳😬

Ugh! I’m sorry! It’s so frustrating being dismissed when you KNOW something is up. If Benedryl doesn’t work, head to the ER. Could be a serious allergic reaction or something else. (I had Stevens-Johnson syndrome from antibiotics!)

My friend actually did that when he saw one of his photographs being used on a . . . wait for it . . . BILLBOARD!! He sent a legal-like letter & invoice & he got paid.

There's something about a sunshiny day that makes my to-do list seem less important and not as daunting. Also, I want to go outside.

AND not only can it be a positive thing for you, but also your family. And an amazing example for your children. 💓

Not to replace what you are doing for your mental health, but perhaps to augment/complement/enhance it on the creative & spritual side. ♥️ It takes a lot of courage to take action on stuff like this. It’s scary, but I hope you also feel proud!

At least look into it! It’s specifically for creatives (writers, artists). “Julia Cameron takes readers on an amazing twelve-week journey to discover the inextricable link between their spiritual and creative selves.”

This is your reminder that down time is imperative to creative work. Stare into space, doodle, watch the birds, putter in the garden or Target, stroll through a library. Your brain can't be active all the time. Your subconscious needs time and space to do its important work.

You've been on my mind! I started reading this book -- The Artist's Way: A Spiritual Path to Higher Creativity by Julia Cameron. Have you read it? I keep thinking I need to tell you about it.
