Bravest: Ask your partners or exes. Brave: Ask your perceptive, invested friends. Smart: Provide a means for anonymous feedback (e.g., Admonymous) & publicly request it, so ppl are less likely to hold back. You'll get some obv trash haters with it too, but those are just lulz.

Idk if most grads asking this type of question during these times are lazy tho...🙃 Truth tho. Preppers are def a real virtue in legal pros. Totes believe that our educational system, esp on a harsh curve, has poor rewards for slow LT learning vs fast, highly rewarded cramming.

Studied <1 month due to circumstances. Did well. Prep course. Focused on practicing multiple choice. Memorized mini outlines I distilled from the course. Pomodoro system. Work out at the halfway point of ur daily study session. Nootropic stack: L-Theanine, ALCAR, & caffeine.

Agree that ur strategy is the optimal strategy under optimal circumstances, but sometimes non-optimal circumstances arise (e.g., covid, loss, etc), & with less time, u need to strategically make every minute count. I def didn't choose to study for the Bar in <1 month in 2018. ;)

Dearest non-vectors: 2020 probably hasn't gone as initially planned. But these have been unusual circumstances. So I encourage you to be kind to yourself and others, as "number go up" in a myriad of ways.

People are tired of abusive institutions. Institutions—corporate, major, or small—are defined by the ethics of its members.

...their livelihood, families, etc. Why needlessly chill speech & endanger thinkers, if disclosing the thinker’s true identity does not rise to a certain level of materiality (e.g., preventing harm to others, crime, or fraud), & their pseudonym is sufficiently source-identifying?

Agree for some of the reasons presented by MalwareTechBlog, linked below. My original comment would be rephrased as something like, "suggest that they may have issues" instead..
