He’ll veto it, but likely not until the 9 days after at which they will be on Christmas recess. They won’t be able to get back in time to override his veto before the new Congress goes into session.

The stimulus bill that was passed yesterday was actually an omnibus bill since no one had time to read it so Trump can distribute the money as he sees fit. That is my understanding........someone correct me if I'm wrong.
