What makes this frustrating is that we know how to make our voting system resilient against all attacks. We need a) paper ballots everywhere, b) secure chain of custody of those ballots c) Risk Limiting Audits (RLAs)

That there are places that don't have paper ballots mystifies me. I've been voting in Canada for nearly 2 decades. It always involves a slip of paper and a tiny pencil. I'm good with that, btw
