The Health Department announced that a second raccoon found in Mount Lebanon has tested positive for rabies. Last week, a rabid raccoon was discovered in the same location. Precautions have been issued.

Plan was designed by parks & staff, who were aware of slopes' uses. Trees were purposefully placed on field edges near roads to allow continued sledding & kite flying in center. Trees will eventually mitigate traffic noise on slopes once they become larger.

Harmar: Natural gas release Fire department is on the scene at 800 Block of Guys Run Road for a natural gas leak. The fire department has evacuated 31 homes at this time due to an issue with an issue with a high pressure line.

Hampton: Vehicle crash - 2300 Wildwood Rd; Box truck struck several vehicles then went over a hillside w/possible injuries. Wildwood Rd is closed from W Hardies Rd to Hardt Rd.
