I - and I’m guessing other reporters - asked multiple times today about this timeframe. CBP didn’t respond to two emails asking specifically about it, and on a call with reporters, a CBP official punted to HHS/ORR, saying they determine when/where kids go.

In a 2-1 decision the Fourth Circuit overturns the only District Court decision that found Trump's decision to end DACA was legal. The 4th Circuit now joins the 9th in holding that the way DACA was ended was unlawful. Two more circuits (2nd and D.C. Circuit) have yet to rule.

This is an incredibly inflammatory thing to write this vaguely. In theory, "using the military" could just mean expanding their role in housing immigrants in detention. But here it's framed as the military doing mass arrests and deportations — which is liable to cause a panic.
