And yet I have gotten a different story from every single person I've spoken to at the store? The only consistency I've gotten which also backs up what I was told at time of purchase is from the Geek Squad Hotline.

So why even offer a four year plan (which you apparently don't offer anymore and didn't notify me) and after nearly 3 years of me paying $31 every month on top of the nearly $2200 the MBP came to in 2016? Why keep taking my money when it was lies?

I phoned today and it took the guy 20 minutes to figure out that it was supposedly in the store, told me it wasn't his problem that I wasn't notified -- and got rude when I asked him to repeat what he had said --

- Was told I'd be without my MBP for only two to three weeks on Feb 1. It's March 19. I received no emails, no phone calls to tell me anything, the Geek Squad website said it's out at the depot --
