So true and fully agree. Many industry leaders have still not the right conception and they focus too much on product than value creation. Most of the business case review the only question asked by CEO : what is the ROI and payback? Rather than asking how are you creating value?

Hi Alex, my definition has generally served me well.....”Innovation is matching what’s needed with what’s possible for economic value or social good or both”. There’s no science/tech in this but there is dialogue & delivery.....and a need for insight....
