Dr. McCready, how many is that? I only ask because per official Ontario data, the province (population 15 million) has 252 patients in ICUs. Which definitely seems like a good reason to lock up the other 14,999,748 people.

Ontario has had 835 coronavirus deaths; 654 were residents of long-term care homes.

Here in Santa Barbara Cty, 400k pop, we have 164 cases, 38 in hospital, & 6 dead = 99.96% don’t have it, 99.9905% aren’t in hospital, and 99.9985% haven’t died. But we remain locked down, and 35k have lost their jobs. Seems balanced.

Sums up how MSM, politicians and academics, in their quest for power, unwittingly torched the world economy.

I'd bet less than 10% of Ontarians even know that ~80% of deaths in Ontario were elderly long-term residents and probably don't care. The people of this country are so clued out they actually think this is going to kill everyone if we don't heed the government's advice.

This is incredible that the Dr. is acting as though we are in the midst of the 1918 Spanish Flu! She is comparing a few hundred deaths, comparable to the seasonal influenza death rate and acting as though it's in the tens of thousands!!!

All governments failed in not having first priority of protecting the old and sick in the nursing homes. The care in nursing homes is minimal at best.

In short order you can take any article/tweet/comment and replace "COVID-19" with "influenza" and it's premise and relavence will not change.

I can’t quickly find it but a family member from PA said one county has 203 total deaths and of those 160ish are in nursing or long term care homes.
