Twitter and FB will be some of the few who have leagal teams to deal with the lawsuit fallout of something this stupid. But the FCC doesn’t have the Congressionally delegated authority to do this anyway.

Everyone in here thinking the rule making says something it doesn’t. Newspapers are allowed to say what does and doesn’t go in the paper, twitter is therefore allowed to say what does and doesn’t stay on twitter

Yes but these same companies also stated they have not (been doing it forever) and will not shadowban information towards one political bias. Zuckerberg even did it under oath at the Anti-Trust Congressional hearings. Major difference.
