I hate national flags too, they mean nothing but trouble. Love the idea of a World Anthem...👍

Looks a rather angry and unwelcoming sign to a visitor to me, could be worded better...

My ancestors lived in that area for generations, I'd love to have known what they thought...

I tutored at a harp course in the blue mountains back in 2015, such a beautiful area, really concerned for the lovely people and stunning environment there..😪

I have spoken with Tory voters who are so brainwashed they’d vote for BoJo no matter what. One of them said to me (and I quote): “Yes he’s a liar but I trust him!” So that’s where we’re at ladies and gentlemen.

Beaver dams on the Barbrook above Sheffield. Tweeted before but the ghostly patterns in a denuded landscape show where the complex myriad of old, ancient impoundments were. Still holding and slowing water 1000 years after they have gone.

I didn't think that many came back? I know many were abandoned or slaughtered in Europe.

The UK is in serious trouble. Govt is refusing to release report on Russian interference, and now this. When the PM, who’s meant to uphold the law, is suspected of breaking the law, the country is in the gutter.

Such a lost opportunity, crazy that an animal that belongs here, is so reviled...☹️

Last year, my Alfred represented War Horses at the 100th anniversary of the end of WW1 in our village. He normally would want to eat grass, but picked up on the mood and stood still there. Remarkable animals. He died 6 months later on May 22nd. 😪

They cut ours when the berries and blackberries are out, seemingly to make sure no wildlife could possibly benefit....

Lovely house-concert in Saltash this evening. Don't know why there aren't more house-concerts in UK(?) I've done more of them in America!

Corbyn on Grenfell: "I’ll tell you what’s common sense: Don’t put flammable cladding on people’s homes. That’s common sense. "Don’t close fire stations and don't cut fire fighters. That’s common sense. And don’t ignore residents when they tell you their home is a death trap."

You can get silent fireworks nowadays anyway, so it won't be necessary to terrify animals just to watch some colourful flashes in future...👍
