Our visits have reaffirmed for me just how good all of our people – sailors, marines and civilians - are at what they do, whether delivering operations or in a myriad of vital support roles. And it’s humbling to see how invested they all are in our Service.

Hot on the heels of yesterday’s Maritime Aviation Conference, today it was a pleasure to open this year’s Maritime Aviation Capability Event, a great showcase of the Fleet Air Arm’s current capabilities and some of the new cutting-edge technology being developed here in the UK.
