96 hooks 65's arm & that makes all the difference in the success of that run.

Maybe police training & gun owner training gets reevaluated. Even so, there will still be tragedies that happen with no villain. That's life

Sometimes very unfortunate circumstances result in a tragic incident & there's no bad guy. But maybe we can learn from this...

It is not unreasonable that any cop in that situation & with that training might fear being shot. There doesn't have to be a villain here...

11: Sometimes the cop shooter seems to be doing everything right only to surprise the cop. That's why cops tend to react to specific actions

10: You can find horrifying videos showing just how quickly & unexpectedly cops get shot & sometimes the shooter isn't behaving rationally..

9: When Castile reaches immediately after mentioning gun, Yanez's training would be Gun + Reaching = Danger. This isn't totally unreasonable

6: It's also very possible Castile's gun was in the same pocket his wallet was in & that's why Yanez saw part of the gun.

6: Maybe Castile lets go of the gun & yanks his hand up which causes Yanez to grab his arm & start firing...

5: It now makes sense why Castile said "I'm not pulling it" instead of "I'm not reaching" or "it's not a gun" & why Yanez's sure he saw it.

4: So it's totally possible a high Castile was trying present his gun to Yanez in good faith but let go of it when Yanez said don't pull it.

3: Castile likely wanted to disclose & show Yanez where his gun was because he didn't want to give Yanez a reason to search his car...

2: To Castile this was like countless previous stops he'd gone through. But he did have a bag of weed in his car & was likely a little high.

1: Castile having marijuana in his system & probably remembering Yanez from a 2011 booking likely meant he felt more casual about the stop..

This is the part where is completely incorrect. Whoever did this portion of report is not only lazy but woefully untrained.
