There are some other countries where, irrespective of diagnosis, people are also entitled to treatment & care through health and care systems, based on needs assessments. Diagnostic is very important but not the only way to access support. Important that we bring it all together!

An excellent blog on Neurodiversity. I agree that (1) one can see autism as an example of neurodiversity AND an example of disability. (2) disability can be minimised with the right societal adjustments. (3) human rights and respect apply equally to all types of neurodiversity.
