Weirdly, it's a reasonable excuse to sleep somewhere else if place you are living is not available (for any reason) but difficult to see how this would apply to someone who has a place to live but has decided to move in with a partner - unless it comes under an unlisted excusepic.twitter.com/3BvhYl17p2
I should point out that the government guidance is very clear that people should only engage in social activities which allow for social distancing. I am only talking about the law here, which has never mentioned social distancing (the English regulations anyway)
