Numbers provide clarity. The speed limit in school zones is 30 k/hr...NOT 37 or 39! When we changed our clocks last wknd we didn't change one 48 mins & another 72 mins. We changed them all an hour Regardless of the school or street in , 30k is the max in our school zones.
