It’s indicative of: 1) the current system had unclean rolls and was never ready for mail-in balloting 2) there are a ton a cracks in NVs election system and many ways for improper voters to make it through 3) no one is actively investigating anything. All just spike the football.

The all Dem Clark County Commission voted 7-0 to redo a local race because Reg. Gloria said 139 discrepancies “very well could represent a discrepancy that could affect the outcome of the election”. How on Tuesday can they just vote to certify a 10 vote win for the Dem candidate?

(6/6) I conclude: “All citizens, regardless of party or candidate preferences, deserve to know our election was conducted freely and fairly.” Yet our citizens lack the confidence they deserve because of Democrats’ reckless behavior. Shameful.

(5/6) "We now know that there are thousands of illegal votes” including dead voters, and “Gloria has said any look he would take at possible problems is complaint-based — in other words, not proactive but reactive in the event a complaint comes in.”

(4/6) In Clark County, Registrar Joe Gloria inexplicably & unilaterally lowered the signature-matching accuracy standard on the machine used to count ballots to 40 percent — well below the manufacturer’s recommended setting.

(3/6) “Instead, they passed a series of ‘reforms’ during a midnight ‘emergency’ special session that implemented universal mail-in balloting and legalized California-style ballot harvesting.” We also all know that NV has unclean voter rolls.

(2/6) Dems are trying to pin blame for this on those who tried to prevent it, but as I point out, “Democrats put us here. They could have allowed for a system with both absentee ballots upon request and in-person voting, along with safeguards to ensure election integrity.”

(1/6) My latest op-ed gives a full, detailed accounting of how NV Dems dismantled election security & bear responsibility for the mess we’re now in. They cannot be allowed to rewrite history! Click below for the real record of the disaster they created.

🚨 🚨 🚨 Great win for the First Amendment! These arbitrary caps on houses of worship have clearly violated the right to worship. They have been particularly egregious in Nevada. Trust houses of worship. No more Government limits on houses of worship!

(3/3) He adds: “We just simply don’t know how many problems there are. The Clark County Registrar … said they don’t have anyone looking at voter fraud issues. We simply don’t know how widespread the problem is.” Yet the left still denies this reality.

(2/3) He had 9 volunteers participate. As he says: “I signed their name as it appeared on the ballot. I took a picture and I sent it to them and then they copied my signature onto the ballot return envelope. That’s how it was legal.” 8 of 9 got through.

(1/3) Check out this interview with , who ran an experiment showing Clark County, NV’s signature-verification “safeguard” was a joke. Officials said not to worry about universal mail-in voting—that there could be no fraud.

(3/3) Sadly, the left has completely politicized this issue. They reject these bi-partisan recommendations & continue to force on us a system that completely undermines election security. The major problems with this year’s election in NV & nationwide are the predictable result.

(2/3) Lucas writes: “They called on states to increase voter ID requirements; to be leery of mail-in voting; to halt ballot harvesting; to maintain voter lists, in part to ensure dead people are promptly removed from them…”

(1/3) It wasn’t long ago that there was bi-partisan agreement on the steps necessary to promote election integrity. As notes, the 2005 Carter-Baker Commission’s recommendations, if implemented, may have prevented the current mess.

Despite the attempt to make the leadership of Governors Newsom and Sisolak heroic over the course of the pandemic, they have failed miserably. People like Mayor Goodman and myself have been right from the beginning. Draconian shutdowns based on political science have not worked.
