So now "Conservatives" think it's funny to falsely accuse people of awful things to try and prove a point and further make real victims feel worse. Just because sometimes something cannot be proven doesn't make it untrue or a joke.

It matters that I'm being falsely accused by someone I don't know and doesn't know me. I can deny it never happened because it never happened. Your truth is a delusion. A lie. This is not a credible accusation because you know nothing about me at all.

It sounds like his family was in the car that burned. Prayers for the family and this little boy.

Ugh, the Majority are calling for your resignation. Put your email back on and stop avoiding the protestors.

It doesn't need to use the word for it to be "RAPE." There is no such thing as non-consenting sex. It's called RAPE. If it is forced, RAPE. If you are coerced or afraid to say no, RAPE. If you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol or unable to give consent, RAPE.

I pointed out this very fact to the Dean of Advocates today. We are growing closer to a generation that will not seek justice as the process is to damaging and almost always leads to no conviction!

All allegations should be taken seriously. I can't answer to why some people don't seem to care whether they are true or not. It should matter. It matters to me.

Yes, but it's very common not to especially when you are young and the adults around you don't believe you. I hope as time goes on and we are more aware people will start to speak up sooner.

I have no evidence of my sexual assaults. That does happen. It doesn't make those guys innocent but I won't take them to court over it either because I can't prove it. If they were about to be given a spot on the Supreme Court I would try to report it though. So I get that part.

I'm suggesting investigating the accusers better and in a trauma informed setting. Not Kavanaugh. He was accused. The accusers were the ones with the burden of proof. They had to prove it and in my opinion, they didn't yet.

If he is innocent then I would suggest that the accusers get charged with defamation of character or something. He would deserve some sort of justice. Absolutely.

From the looks of things there isn't a standard established yet. I think there should be so this doesn't keep happening because it will if it comes down to all it being was politically motivated. These matters are very serious and it was triggering for Survivors to watch this.

As long as needed. There were people with accusations who weren't even questioned during this. It is very important when someone is going on a lifetime term on the Supreme Court to be sure. We are hopefully all in agreement if he was guilty he shouldn't be on the Supreme Court.

Thank you. Sorry I was late. The kids were excited after cub scouts and it took longer than usual for them to go to sleep. :)

There were countless people who never got to be interviewed by the FBI. I'm saying that the investigation into the witnesses and accusers wasn't enough. The burden of proof is on the accusers not on the accused. I get that. This just seems very off to me. I wish we could be sure.
