It is important to regulate the business of dealers in second hand goods to combat trade in stolen goods. It is critical that community members through community policing forums and law enforcement agencies work together in bringing the scourge to a halt.

The impounding of unroadworthy vehicles is also a welcome relief as most fatal crashes are experienced as a result of these vehicles operating on our roads. Alcohol and substance abuse is also one of the major contributors to road crashes.
