I fell into weight training by accident (it happened to be the primary focus of the PT I spoke to so I went for it). I was terrified and felt like an impostor but I stuck with it. 8 months in, I’m stronger than I have ever been in my life. Is that any good?

I started weights at 36. I’d got a little less fit and active after each of my 2 kids were born, and then I got viral meningitis that had me totally inactive for months. For 2 years after I was very sedentary. I’m also very hypermobile and had lost al faith in my body. (1/2)

They dye these animals pink, parade them at an extremely loud festival, and then sell merch with pink sheep images on.

I guess it’s just because babies change so rapidly in the first 2 or 3 years, there can be a massive difference between a baby at 12 months old and then at 16 months old even though they’re still “about 1”.

Where have ear defenders been all my life?! Bought them for Camp Bestival, tried them on, sat on the sofa for a moment and woke up from the BEST NAP EVER! I may keep them on til September 😂

Usually up to 36 months as that’s how a lot of the baby foods, diapers, clothes etc are labelled. Plus growth charts and health visitor pamphlets etc.

This weeks is Savoury Lunchbox Muffins from recipe. I’ve used bacon, sweetcorn and cheese in mine and kept a bit of cheese to melt on top. These are so easy to make I should do them more!
