He’s not wrong. The government of Azerbaijan rewarded a soldier who hacked an Armenian to death with an axe whilst they were on a training mission in Europe. They also rewarded the men who beheaded a Yazidi Armenian in 2016 and played football with his head.

Exceedingly horrific war crimes committed by Azerbaijani soldiers going around on Telegram the last few days, and even worse today. Beheadings, mutilations, torture and execution of prisoners. The latest video I've seen just about made me sick.
